ORDER SHIPPING SCHEDULE
Currently all orders will be shipped in 1-3 working days (weekends and holidays not included) – unless noted otherwise.
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal. We are not able to accept personal checks, Money Orders or Certified checks.
International Payments: Because we only accept credit cards with USA billing addresses we ask our international customers to use PayPal. You can use your credit card to pay for your order via PayPal. It is a free service for customers.
DELIVERY OPTIONS
We ship via fast USPS Priority Mail service. It saves you money and comes on Saturday.
Delivery charges for shipments to the continental US will be visible in your shopping cart at the time of checkout. USPS rate vary based on weight, dimensions of package, level of service and distance. For Canada, Alaska, Hawaii and APO addresses, please order as normal and we will notify you by email of additional shipping charges if any. 1-4 additional days may be required for your order to arrive.
SHIPPING
Shipping charges on all merchandise totals will be the calculated USPS amount. On all other destinations outside of CONUS (continental United States) shipping will be the USPS calculated rate plus any additonal fees as required by the USPS. We will notify you and request paymentof any additonal fees or reuirments prior to shippment.
CANCELLATION/ADD-ON
We will be happy to help change your order prior to shipping. After your order has left our warehouse we cannot change or cancel it. Although there is no charge to change or cancel your order before shipping afterwards a 15% restocking fee will be assessed to cover administrative costs. You will be responsible for and return shipping charges. Product must be return in the same box and in the same condition as it received. If for any reason you wish to change or cancel your order please email us ASAP.

Each order with a valid email address will receive a USPS tracking number and information about your order when it ships.
HELP US FILL YOUR ORDER QUICKLY
Valid street or P.O. box address recognized by the USPS.
Full names not just initials. Using initials can delay your order.
A working valid email address. Your email is safe with us, used only for contact with you.
A current and correct phone number for billing verification.
SALES TAX
We collect 6.5% sales tax for all orders shipped to Minnesota addresses.
TERMS AND CONDITONS OF SALE.
From time to time, we may request conformation from the customer, delay the order pending verification or in rare cases refuse any order based on the inability to verify the legitimacy of the order. Our order conformation and validation process any include verification of credit card information, physical address, shipping information or billing information.
